Day 1 –Arriving
We welcome and congratulate you for the personal and physical, emotional, mental and spiritual journey which has brought you to this point in time.
Day 2 to Day 3 – Clearing
Usually due to a lack of time to de-stress and de-clutter, we often carry physical, emotional and mental tensions that no longer serve our highest good. These two days are dedicated to become aware and clear ourselves of these tensions that block us from our center.
Day 4 to Day 5 – Grounding
Now that the physical, emotional, and mental space has been cleared, it is time to listen to your heart and begin to center back to your inner light. Learn to ground into your light and watch yourself naturally begin to grow.
Day 6 – Integrating
The key to a successful retreat is to learn how to integrate your personal insights into your daily life. This is the time you will begin to create an action plan on how to keep this beautiful momentum rolling so that life back “home” will be filled with energy, inspiration, and fire to experience and co-create a life that spells HAPPINESS.
Day 7 – Free day
Feel free to explore the island or maybe just chill out by the beach. This is your time to recollect and get a chance to see the island with fresh new eyes.
